"I wrote this song about my friend CJ who took his own life. Suicide is now the biggest cause of death in men under 50 years old. It is vital we are talking more about mental health, and reiterating that reaching out and asking for help is not a sign of weakness, in fact it takes great courage and strength to do so. The more we speak about the subject of mental health, loneliness and suicide, the less stigma will surround it, and the more those in need will get the help they require before it's too late."
